Thank you for taking time and attention to put this review together. after watching your Digital workflow course on creative live i have been researching monitor/calibration combos for a number of days and keep coming back to this reference. I may not be able to afford the eizo 4k but this article was one of the few I found that was so informative when searching for a unicorn solution that will straddle a high level of color accuracy for both photography and video.

Rob – Eizo makes the best monitors for photographers and any of the ColorEdge series monitors (and they are all less expensive than this one) are top-end color accurate monitors. Check out my review of the CS2470 here on the blog as well. https://blog.michaelclarkphoto.com/?p=10056

Thank you for this most helpful and glowing review. Did you test out for comparison the 32″ Apple XDR Pro Display? My NEC PA322UHD needs to be replaced and that’s an option I am considering.

Howard – None of the Apple displays are anywhere near as color accurate as your NEC PA monitors or the Eizo’s. The Eizo’s are the best anywhere.

Hi Michael. Great review and the reason i went for the cg319x! Have you been able to view hdr content on your monitor as my 2019 MacBook Pro does not recognise mine as a HDR display. Thanks. Ken
